I work abstractly from my feelings, from experiences that have affected me, and also from my deep love of nature. I don't know what the paintings will be until it begins to emerge and I work with what appears, giving form to the chaos and building the piece into a painting that will, hopefully, transmit a feeling to the viewer.

I paint to reach the place within me that is free of controls and boundaries, where on a fortunate day, my spirit can soar!
