I like being alone, but I spend a lot of time I care deeply about the use of natural materials, environmentally responsible working methodologies and their effect upon the rest of the planet… I work with naturally dyed, layered fiber - but also, recently, stone, wire, encaustics and not-quite-yet-recyclables, shifting between abstraction and reality, 3d and 2, nuanced texture and color overlay.
