I am a visual artist whose main sensibility relates to the environment I live in. Nature inspires my work, and stimulates my use of natural materials such as wood, roots, pine needles and leaves to express my ideas. My sculptures evolve primarily from found material I often combine with natural forms I have fabricated out of mixed media. I hope interaction with my work will subsequently affect those who view it by increasing appreciation and awareness of our interconnectedness with the natural world and perhaps elevate appreciation of all that is dear to us.
