'A' My Name is Alice

2018 Exhibit

As a child I played a ball and alphabet rhyming game we played out on the sidewalk. The game was played by bouncing a ball, one bounce for each word. And each time a word beginning with the correct letter of the alphabet came up, the player had to bounce the ball under her leg and recite the rhyme at the same time. I still play this game in my head and find myself using this as a distraction from more troubling thoughts these days.
